SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Local White-Glove Delivery (DMV Area) We personally deliver our chocolates to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Our team handles every "White-Glove" order with climate-control care.

• Service Area: Most of Baltimore, Washington D.C., Alexandria, and Arlington. Enter your zip code at checkout to confirm eligibility.

• Rates: FREE for orders $99+. A flat $15 fee applies for orders under $99.

• Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

2. Delivery Coordination & Success To protect your chocolate from heat and theft, we follow these steps:

• Notification: You will receive an email or SMS notification when your order is out for delivery.

• Recipient Policy: We prefer to hand the package directly to you. If no one is home, we will attempt to contact you via the phone number provided.

• Unattended Delivery: If you are unavailable, we may leave the package in a secure, shaded area at your request. However, Nadi Chocolate is not responsible for melting or theft if the package is left unattended.

• Failed Attempts: If we cannot find a safe spot or reach you, the order will return to our facility. A re-delivery fee of $15 may apply.

3. Extended Shipping (Over 50 Miles) For deliveries outside our local 50-mile radius, we use trusted national carriers.

• Rates: Calculated automatically at checkout based on USPS, UPS, or FedEx tariffs.

• Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

• Shipping Schedule: To maintain quality, we typically ship long-distance orders on Monday through Wednesday. This prevents your chocolates from sitting in a non-climate-controlled carrier warehouse over the weekend.

4. Heat Disclaimer Chocolate is highly sensitive to temperatures above 70°F. For all extended shipping orders, we recommend Express Shipping. While we use protective packaging, Nadi Chocolate cannot guarantee the condition of the product if standard ground shipping is selected during warm weather months.
