ORDERING & PAYMENT

What is your return policy? Because our chocolates are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at nadichoc25@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We are committed to making it right.

Is your payment system secure? Absolutely. We use the highest level of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. Our store is powered by Shopify, and all credit card transactions are processed through secure, industry-leading providers. Your card numbers are never stored in our system.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much does shipping cost?

  • Local White-Glove Delivery (DMV Area): FREE on orders $99+. A flat $15 fee applies for orders under $99.

  • Extended Shipping: Rates are calculated automatically by carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) based on destination and weight.

When will my order ship? We strive to ship orders within 24–48 hours. To ensure freshness, orders placed after 3:00 PM on Wednesday through Sunday will typically be shipped on the following Monday to prevent the chocolate from sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes? We strongly recommend a physical shipping address where someone can receive the package immediately. This ensures your chocolates arrive fresh and do not melt while waiting in a mailbox.


PRODUCT INFORMATION & DIETARY NEEDS

How long do your chocolates stay fresh? Our chocolates are best enjoyed within 2–3 weeks of arrival. For the best experience, store them in a cool, dry place (60°F–68°F).

What is the cocoa content of your chocolate? The cocoa content varies depending on the specific selection. We use premium chocolate with cocoa solids ranging from 39% to 75% by weight to achieve the perfect balance of flavor.

Do you have options for Allergies (Nut & Gluten)?

  • Nuts: While we offer nut-free options, our facility handles peanuts and hazelnuts. Trace amounts may be present.

  • Gluten: Some of our truffles contain gluten. However, our solid chocolate bars and certain confections are naturally gluten-free. Please contact us at +1 202 351 7968 if you have specific allergy concerns.

Is your chocolate Vegan? Our chocolate is suitable for vegetarians. While many of our products contain dairy, our single-origin dark chocolates (such as those from Tanzania or Ecuador) are often naturally vegan. Please check the individual product descriptions for details.

How do I know which chocolate I am eating? We believe the "surprise of the first bite" is part of the magic! However, every assortment box includes an illustrated tasting guide. Detailed tasting notes are also available on our website and product packaging.

Do you offer custom favors for weddings or events? Yes! We create unique, customized favors for any special occasion. Whether it's a wedding, corporate event, or gala, we can tailor our creations to your theme. Contact us to discuss your event.

Can I create a custom box? Certainly. While we recommend our curated assortments, we can create custom boxes to your preference. Since our selection changes daily based on fresh ingredients, please call us to finalize a bespoke order.
